Playing with Granny's Christmas Stuff

Granny has been collecting Christmas stuff since last year just for me. She knew I would love this stuff! We had a little photo session with some of my new friends last weekend. I loved it! Posted by Picasa

Looking at the tree with Daddy

Daddy's annual Christmas party was this past Sunday at St. Anne's. I loved their big Christmas tree. I was the hit of the party, letting everyone hold me and walk around with me. I even gave Coach LaBounty two big sugars. Boy, was I sweet! Posted by Picasa

A Hard Day

These are some pics taken on Sunday after a hard afternoon of shopping with Mommy, Daddy and MawMaw. We went to Pensacola and it was very busy. I was a good boy in my stroller though. After we got home, I played in my Jumperoo for MawMaw (she had never seen me jump in it) and then was so tired that I fell asleep while sitting in my Mommy's lap. She was a little tired too.

By the way, most of you may know that Mommy started back to work on Monday. Things have been going well. So far, I've been a good boy at daycare and I slept through the night last night. I am worn out when we get home though. I'm so tired that I don't really want to "play" with my solid food. I really just want the 3 B's: a bath, bottle and bed. Mommy has managed to slip in a few green beans and some pears in the past two days, but we may have to figure something else out. At some point, I usually end up taking a snooze with Mommy like I was in these pictures. We just have to figure out our schedule and we'll go from there, I guess. Right now, it's lights out for me...Later!

Wild Hair

I have some seriously wild hair, people. It has a curl to it and it's so long that there's not much to do with it except comb it to the side, so most of the time I look like an old man with a bad comb-over. Oh well, at least I still have some hair! Maybe it will turn into ringlets like my Daddy's did when he was a little boy.

Teeth...Extreme Close Up

Posted by Picasa This is the best Mommy could do to get a picture of my teeth that are coming in. She's been trying for at least a week to hold me down to take a good picture and you can finally see it...sorta. My tongue is blocking the one on my left side, but if you stick a finger in my mouth, you'll know that both of those teefies are there! P.S. Mommy did wash the peaches off of her fingers later in the evening. This pic was taken right after my messy supper.

Me and My Cricket

Writhing in my bouncy seat

When do you think I'll figure out how to get out of these things? I like to lean to one side or arch my back in order to attempt an escape. It hasn't worked yet, but maybe if I read the directions on this tag, I'll get some tips! Posted by Picasa

I love my pacifier

I love my pacifier! It's one of my favorite toys. I usually suck on it for a while, take it out of my mouth, examine it very carefully, chew on the hard part and then put it back in for some more sucks. Mommy and Daddy stressed out a lot when I was really little about giving me the pacifier. They even asked the doctor about it. Now, they are so, so very happy that I've learned to pick it up and put it back in my mouth myself, especially at night! My, how things change!

Oh Christmas Tree!

Here is a video of me staring at our Christmas tree while simultaneously jumping in my Jumperoo. I love the lights!

Today I had my 6 month check up at Dr. Sanford's office. He said that I am a healthy, good-natured boy! The down side of being healthy and good-natured is that that gives you the green light to go ahead with the shots! I was a really good boy. I didn't even cry when she gave me the first shot, but the other 3 hurt so I did cry. However, the second my Mommy picked me up off of the table, I was fine! Granny D went with me for moral support and sat in the backseat with me. I ended up falling asleep at the main redlight in Foley and slept like a log the entire way home. No shots at my next check-up, but I will have to go back in a month for a 2nd dose of flu shot, if they have it. Hope you are all having a good week! It's my last week with my Mommy, so we are taking the rest of the week off from daycare. Yippee!
