These very independent shots were taken on my nine month birthday. I will pretty much hold my own bottle now and like to "turn it up". Mommy thought I wouldn't start doing that until I went to college*heehee*, but I guess I'm advanced. The milk is good stuff. I am working on my sippy cup. I will tolerate it when I have a meal or a snack, but when I am hungry, they had better put that stuff in a bottle!!

Freddie's Top 5 Favorite and Not-so-favorite Things
Freddie's Top Five Faves:
1. My pacifier...it's all purpose-I can suck on it, chew on it, bang it on another toy to make noise, etc. What more do you want?
2. Getting tickles and playing SuperBaby with Daddy
3. Crawling on top of Mommy and bouncing up and down
4. Eating puffs, wagon wheels...anything I can pick up and put in my mouth myself!!
5. Playing Peek-a-Boo and "So Big"
Not-So-Faves
1. Having my nose wiped or suctioned with that blue thing. I can see it coming from a mile away!!
2. Having my diaper or clothes changed
3. Not getting my bottle the instant that it's made, i.e., the walk from the kitchen to the living room is waaaaaay to long.
4. Having Mommy or Daddy walk past me without picking me up when I'm fussy...How dare you!!!
5. Being in my ExerSaucer for very long. Now that I am on the move, this thing is obsolete!!

Hi! It's me again!
I thought I should update you on some recent happenings. I am now crawling. I need some more practice to get really good at it, but there's no mistaking it! I can put my hands and knees into motion to actually go forward for a change. I'm loving sitting up on my own too. I like to roll around, sit up, crawl forward, roll around and sit up again. It's a vicious cycle, but I love it!
Another new thing I can do is clap my hands to patty-cake. Well, again, like the crawling, it's not perfectly coordinated...yet. I'm working on it. That seems to be Mommy and Daddy's favorite song because they are always singing it!
I also get very tickled when Mommy and Daddy laugh at me. All they have to do is laugh out loud and I begin to chuckle. They thinks it hilarious and that just makes me giggle more!
Well, I'll get Mom to try to get some video of this stuff for you guys to see! See you later! Love you all. ~Freddie
I'm tough enough!
Curly Top
Sorry it's been so long since my last post fellas. I've been a sick boy. I went to the doctor last Tuesday with a runny nose and a cough. By the time I left I had an ear infection. I was a big boy and never fussed about it, so Mommy and Daddy never even suspected that. I've been taking medicine since then (which I love) and I'm feeling much better. I went back to daycare today for the first time since Tuesday, so I should be sick again sometime soon. I guess it's like a friend of my Mommy's from school said, "After your child goes to daycare, he'll be able to live in a sewer and not get sick. You either get it now or you get it later." I guess my turn is now.

Some random shots
Hello All! Here are some recent pics from around the house. As you can see, I am not always smiling as some of you may think. This very "interesting" second picture was taken on a night when all Mommy wanted was just one smile. Do you think she got it? NOPE! This picture was the end result of that photo shoot. I was tired and did not feel like smiling for yet another picture. Probably another one to consider when I'm looking at nursing homes for her in about 40-50 years. I am still in love with my pacifier. Mommy is a bad speech pathologist for letting me have it, but her newest philosophy is "whatever works". The last picture is a typical diaper/clothes changing situation these days. I will roll, stretch, bend and do whatever I have to do to try to get away from such an event. Well, I hope you all enjoy these pictures and some of the videos I posted. I had fun making them for you!

We are still alive!
No pictures this post, but I wanted to let you know that I am still alive and kicking! I had a fever last weekend and haven't really been feeling very well since. I have had a runny nose and now I have a pretty bad cough. We went to the doctor today and he didn't hear any wheezing, so that is good. I just have a lot of drainage right now and feel kind of yuck. Mommy is probably going to stay home with me tomorrow to give me some extra love and rest. We should have some pictures up as soon as I get to feeling better. Love you all! ~ Freddie

Outside in the Wagon
There's nothing like winter in south Alabama. If you'll look back at the last set of pictures, taken only a few short days ago, I was wearing a light onesie and Mommy and Daddy had on shorts.
Today, the weather called for a hat, jacket and long pants. It could have been a lot colder, so I'm not complaining. I did start to get a red little nose after a while of riding though. My pacifier is the best. I wasn't about to take it out for these shots. By the way, WAR EAGLE!
